QUALITY:The discs and sheets I've purchased from this seller are always ordinary feature. The fiscal assistance doesn't tear except I hit a nailhead. The grit doesn't crack off apart from if I fold the sheet in half, and then, only right on the seam. I don't endure unwarranted dosage loss as compared to other brands. Often I get USA1, Mirka, or akin, but now and again it's just generic. Either way, the feature is the same.I've bought several packs from this seller. I'm not sure if it applies to their Amazon sales.PRICING:The price is good and saves me from a trip through the crowded aisles of our hardware store except it's urgent (rare). Their supervise over price is about 40% less, and shipping is about half for a release pack. Their supervise over shipping on multiple packs is the same ship price as shipping a release pack. Their Amazon instructions are processed a little more promptly, and are really easy to find when you're like me and hit up Amazon previous to anywhere else. YMMV.VARIETY:They offer no-hole, 6-hole and 8-hole discs, in both hook/loop and PSA (glue). They offer P40D, P60D, P80D, P100D, P120D, P150C, P180C, P220C, P320C, P400C, P500C, and P600C in 50-packs. They also have up to P1500 in 100-packs of select brands. Their website has good culture notes on the comparison of grits.The P means European principles (vs CAMI). The grit is abstractedly more coarse than CAMI, but is the world ordinary since the 1980s. The C or D suffix is the thickness of the fiscal assistance. Better grit has a tougher fiscal assistance.USAGE:I find that the initial loss of granules is higher on the more coarse abrasives, and levels out after a little or two. The finer grits are more liable to clog if you're still in a layer of paint, laquer, or plastic. This is just habitual for rub down, so be uncomplaining, and use the right grit for the layers you're in.Their 40 grit discs seem to be sweet happy sanding through two layers of peripheral-grade acrylic-latex, and a 1/32nd of an inch of cupped board, over about 6 check feet. After that, my anxiety kicks in and I batter discs. It's still good, about 50% effectiveness, and not stopped up, but like I said, I'm impatient.I also found that for the more coarse grit, except you're using a vacuum attachment, the no-hole discs last longer. You beyond doubt want the holes for the smaller grit, so that any specks or granules can get blown away very than gouging your go up.You also can usually skip a couple of grits for simplicity sake. For model, I'll use 40 grit to take out paint, rough spots, splinters, and for rough shaping, chamfering edges, and for no matter what thing else where you want to take out a lot of notes.Then, I'll skip straight to 120 to charming that out. For wood, 120 grit is a good place to close up. Couldn't discover this fortitude in 6", 6 fissure in any of the stores in my vicinity. Worked splendid pro removing generous amount of stock at approximately calculate ago.
